Additional Costs

Payment Methods

Payment Timing

  • First payment is charged at the time of subscription purchase.
  • Subsequent charges occur automatically on each plan's renewal date.
  • If a free trial is offered, the first payment is charged after the trial period ends.

Delivery Timing

  • Premium features become available immediately upon payment completion.
  • As digital content, no physical delivery is involved.

Automatic Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each plan period unless cancelled by the user.
  • To stop automatic renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Cancellation How to Cancel

  • iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Nani Kiru → Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Nani Kiru → Cancel Subscription

Cancellation Notes

  • After cancellation, premium features remain accessible until the end of the current subscription period.
  • No pro-rated refunds are provided for mid-period cancellations.
  • If cancelled during a free trial period, no charges will be incurred.

Refunds

  • Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not provided.
  • To request a refund, please use the respective platform's refund process:
