Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of this application (hereinafter referred to as "App"). Users shall use this App in accordance with these Terms.

Article 2 (User Registration)

  1. Registration is completed when an applicant agrees to these Terms, applies for registration through the prescribed method, and we approve the application.
  2. We may not approve registration applications if we determine that the applicant falls under any of the following categories.

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)

  1. Users shall properly manage their user IDs and passwords for this App at their own responsibility.
  2. Users may not transfer or lend their user IDs and passwords to third parties under any circumstances.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using this App:

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Acts related to criminal activities
  3. Acts that interfere with the operation of this App
  4. Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
  5. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

We may suspend or interrupt all or part of this App without prior notice to users if we determine that any of the following circumstances exist.

Article 6 (Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration)

We may restrict the use of all or part of this App or cancel user registration without prior notice if a user falls under any of the following categories.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. We do not expressly or implicitly warrant that this App is free from defects in fact or law.
  2. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users arising from this App.

Article 8 (Changes to Service Content)

We may change the content of this App or discontinue the provision of this App without notifying users, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms of Service)

We may change these Terms at any time without notifying users if we deem it necessary.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising in connection with this App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our head office location.
